Meet our Partners
Tunde Ogungbade
Leading the vision as managing partner for VAP is Tunde Ogungbade. Tunde is a proven executive with over 25 years of leadership and management track record, driving sustainable growth responsibilities for businesses in three continents. Most recently, he led a pan African Fintech firm, Accelerex, from startup to a private equity backed multinational group of financial services businesses in Sub-Saharan Africa. In the same role, he led the capital raise of over $20 Million USD and took a subsidiary, Global Accelerex, through 35% CAGR over five years to an issue and issuer rating of A- and BBB+, and the public listing of the first tranche of a $40 million bond program on a national Exchange. Prior to Accelerex, he served in various management and leadership roles in North America and in the management consulting industry.
Lolu Fatukasi
The keyman for investment transactions and general partner overseeing development and construction is Lolu Fatukasi. He is a seasoned entrepreneur who has invested, syndicated, developed, and managed commercial real estate in the Washington DC area for over a decade. He is also the owner and CEO of Sterling Pharmacy, a business he has managed for over 20 years. Lolu is also involved in other business enterprises as investor, director, or promoter across the US.
Niyi Herbert
Niyi Herbert is a Real Estate Developer who has been involved in Real Estate acquisition and development in the Washington DC area. Niyi is the CEO of Hennice Inc. (an IT consultancy company), Hennice Capital LLC, and Danex LLC (Real Estate Investment companies). Niyi is a trained IT professional specializing in software engineering and information security with over twenty years’ experience in managing IT programs in Government and private sectors.
